At Elgin Medi-Transport, all of our billing is handled internally so the patient does not have to deal with a third-party billing company.  Elgin Medi was the first Illinois ambulance company to establish electronic billing with Medicare and we work directly with insurance carriers to make the billing process easy for the patient.
