What is your service area?

While we operate mainly in the Illinois Fox River Valley area, our service area is virtually unlimited often extending into neighboring states.

Will Medicaid cover your wheelchair service?

At this time, we have not made arrangements to accept Medicaid for our wheelchair service.  Current policy limitations makes Medicaid insufficient for helping us meet the needs of our patients.  To help accommodate patients needs we offer low fixed rates for wheelchair transport to some of the more frequently visited local sites.  For details on our rates please call our billing or dispatch office and we will be happy to provide you with rate information and estimates when possible.

How much notification do you need for a transport appointment?

For our wheelchair cans we ask that you call at least 2-3 days in advanced to set up transport for any appointments that require our services.  However, we do understand sometimes that is not possible and will do our best to fit you into our schedule for that date and time.  Please keep in mind our drivers have their next day schedules set up prior to their start time each day.
