Cardiac Care
When faced with a cardiac event, every second counts! That is why each of our ambulances are equipped with 12 lead EKG monitors that allow our Emergency Medical Teams to send diagnostic information in advance of a patient’s arrival to emergency department personnel who are able to expedite the proper course of treatment needed.
All of our ambulances are staffed with two highly trained personnel for all Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) response around the clock, seven days a week. Our twenty four hour dispatch center will accommodate all calls with guaranteed response times not to exceed thirty minutes.
In addition to cardiac monitoring capabilities, our ambulances are also equipped with devices such as pediatric transport incubators, pulse oximetry, Zoll 12 Lead Biphasic Cardiac Monitors / Defibrillators, oxygen therapy and intravenous infusion pumps with the ability to use Heparin, Nitroglycerin / Tridol, Magnesium Sulfate, Lidocaine, and Cardizem medication.
Each of our Emergency Medical Staff are fully screened prior to employment. It does not stop there! Paramedic and Emergency Medical Technicians receive ongoing annual training allowing them to current with changes in medical care.
